Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist to support our in-house team in Texas. This PRN role focuses on comprehensive speech-language pathology services for residents in long-term care settings.

The SLP will evaluate and treat residents, implement individualized plans, and educate families, with emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. In-house rehab and flexible scheduling are highlighted benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certification.
• In good standing with regulatory agencies and licensing boards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate swallowing and cognitive conditions of residents.
• Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans.
• Provide AAC systems for language impairments.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers.
• Coordinate with other professionals for diagnostic procedures.
• Document billing records and clinical notes.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with laws.
