Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff while ensuring safe delivery of care.
