Sanford Health in the heartland is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation and evaluation) for residents.

You will coordinate care with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team, may serve as charge nurse, and delegate tasks as appropriate. An RN license in the practicing state is required, with multistate licensure preferred; a BSN is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
