Job summary

• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Develop and provide patient education based on assessed needs and care plans.
• Coordinate patient care across hospital and clinic settings with the inter-professional team.
• Support disease registries and follow Sanford guidelines to improve outcomes.
• Apply population health care management strategies to panels of patients.
