Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process across all care phases. You will collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

The role requires an active RN license and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. This on-site position offers 12-hour day shifts, a 40-hour work week, and a generous benefits package with education and earnings support.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Maintain safe, reliable administration of resident care and adhere to professional standards of practice.
