Job summary

Fleetwood Post Acute is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina, just 15 minutes from the Greenville metro area. As a PRN Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality nursing care on an as-needed basis to support a safe, compassionate environment for residents.

You will oversee direct patient care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and assist LPNs and CNAs, while maintaining accurate documentation and complying with state and facility regulations.

Qualifications

• Active SC RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work PRN schedule and maintain good standing with SC Board of Nursing

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and care team
• Support and supervise LPNs and CNAs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment
