Fleetwood Post Acute is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Easley, SC to join a dedicated care team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, and monitor health status with support from an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina LPN license (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain continuing education and stay in good standing with State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Compassion for an underserved population.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care per care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment.
