Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will deliver quality respiratory care, help create and follow resident care plans, and collaborate with the respiratory director, physicians, nurses and aides to ensure patient comfort and safety.

Shifts include 7:00a–7:30p and 7:00p–7:30a with a wage of $40.00 per hour. This is a PRN-friendly role with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Associate’s Degree or graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Current BLS; basic computer skills and ability to use an electronic health record.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality respiratory care as a member of the SNF respiratory team.
• Develop and follow resident care plans in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, physicians, nurses and aides.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting. You will develop and ensure the resident care plan is followed in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, Physicians, nurses, other therapists, and nursing assistants.

Education/Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state in which you work.
• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Must maintain a current BLS. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including the electronic health record.
