Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join a skilled nursing facility team. You will provide respiratory care, develop care plans in collaboration with physicians, nurses and other staff, and ensure high-quality patient experiences in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Shifts are nights with PRN opportunities. Wage is $45 per hour, and the facility offers a range of benefits and educational opportunities to advance your nursing career.

Competenze

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state.
• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Must maintain a current BLS certification and have basic computer skills, including navigating electronic health records.

Mansioni

• Provide respiratory therapy services as a member of the SNF respiratory team.
• Develop and follow resident care plans in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, physicians, nurses and other therapists.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety and quality in care delivery.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting. You will develop and ensure the resident care plan is followed in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, Physicians, nurses, other therapists, and nursing assistants.

Education/Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state in which you work.

• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.

• Must maintain a current BLS. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including the electronic health record.

• Wage: $45.00 per hour
