Job summary

Monroe Health & Rehab Center in Edgemont, Ohio, is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will provide quality care as part of the Respiratory Team, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and assistants to ensure the resident care plan is followed. Shift options include Nights with PRN opportunities.

Wage is $45.00 per hour. This role offers benefits like Daily Pay and comprehensive plans, along with 401K, PTO, and educational opportunities

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state in which you work.
• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Must maintain a current BLS.

• The primary purpose of your job is to provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting. You will develop and ensure the resident care plan is followed in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, Physicians, nurses, other therapists, and nursing assistants.

Education/Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state in which you work.

• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.

• Must maintain a current BLS. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including the electronic health record.
