Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a PRN Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team at Cortland Manor, NY. This onsite, part-time role involves assessing nutritional needs, planning interventions, and supporting patient quality of life, with flexible monthly hours.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year RD experience, appropriate nutrition degrees, and ongoing CE credits. The position emphasizes collaborative care and adherence to nutrition standards in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of prior experience as a Registered Dietitian.
• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition (prior to 2024) or related field.
• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Licensed or certified as required by state.
• Completes continuing education hours every five years as required by CDR.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards of practice and facility requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement dining service and nutrition procedures.
• Participate in development and review of quality improvement programs.
