Job summary
Elior North America is seeking a PRN Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team at Cortland Manor, NY. The role involves assessing nutritional needs, planning interventions, and supporting patient care on a part-time onsite basis.
Responsibilities include educating patients and staff, adhering to nutrition standards, and contributing to quality improvement. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year RD experience, relevant degrees, licensure, and ongoing CE requirements.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Dietitian.
- Bachelor’s degree in nutrition (or related field, prior to 2024).
- Master’s degree in Nutrition or related field.
- Licensed or certified per state requirements and CDR eligibility.
- Completes required CE hours every five years.
Responsibilities
- Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients and staff.
- Adhere to Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement nutrition procedures.
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement programs.
