Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join the team at Solaris HealthCare Charlotte Harbor in Port Charlotte, FL. The role involves providing skilled PTA services in a SNF setting within the in-house therapy program.

As a licensed Florida PTA (or license-eligible), you will operate in a modern rehab environment with a focus on improving residents’ function and independence, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Formation
