Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Port Charlotte facility, working within Solaris HealthCare Charlotte Harbor’s in-house therapy team. Provide skilled PTA services in a SNF setting and support residents to regain function with a compassionate approach.

This PRN position includes increased rates when medical benefits are waived, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, flexible scheduling, and modern rehab facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
