Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the team at Solaris HealthCare Charlotte Harbor/SNF. Work inside the dedicated therapy gym, providing skilled PTA services to residents and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety and function.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited PTA program, hold or be eligible for Florida PTA licensure, and have SNF or post-acute experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within the SNF to help residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.
