Job summary

Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Solaris HealthCare Charlotte Harbor in Port Charlotte, FL, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in a SNF.

The role requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible). Experience in SNF or post-acute care is preferred, with Net Health documentation knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.

Responsibilities
