Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Port Charlotte facility. This role is with Solaris HealthCare Charlotte Harbor, inside a dedicated therapy gym, focusing on helping residents regain function and independence through skilled care.

The PTA will provide therapies in a SNF setting, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety and quality of life. Florida PTA license or eligibility is required, with SNF/post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license or eligibility required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a SNF.
