Step Up Port Charlotte is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled services in a SNF setting at Solaris HealthCare Charlotte Harbor. You will work with the interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license or license-eligible.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

• Provide skilled PTA‑related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
