Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at our Port Charlotte facility, Solaris HealthCare Charlotte Harbor. Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide skilled PTA services in a SNF setting and help residents regain function and independence.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible). SNF or post-acute experience preferred, with knowledge of Net Health documentation a plus.
