Job summary

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. This PRN PTA position delivers skilled therapy within dedicated SNF gyms to help residents regain function and independence, emphasizing safe mobility and quality of life.

Required: graduate of an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible). SNF/post-acute experience preferred; Net Health knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.

• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
