Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Port Charlotte facility. Work within Solaris HealthCare Charlotte Harbor’s SNF setting, providing skilled PTA services and collaborating with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

Qualified candidates will have an accredited PTA program background and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA‑related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
