Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled services at Solaris HealthCare North Naples SNF. The role supports residents in a dedicated therapy gym, emphasizing safe, effective rehabilitation and patient independence.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited PTA degree, a Florida PTA license (or eligible) and SNF/post-acute experience is preferred. Solaris/Naples location offers modern facilities and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
