Northparkhealthcenter is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) on a PRN basis to join our in-house rehab team. You will help residents improve mobility, strength and quality of life under a Physical Therapist’s supervision.

Responsibilities include administering prescribed PT treatments, recording progress, and supporting the care team while maintaining compliant documentation and communication with families.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Texas Physical Therapy Assistant license
• SNF or long-term care experience preferred
• Knowledge of PT treatment practices

Responsabilités

• Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain and improve function
• Provide skilled PT services under supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Document and record patient progress and responses to treatment
• Support PTs and care team with plans of care and education
