Job summary

Park Place Care Center is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house team on a PRN basis. You will administer PT treatments under physician orders and collaborate with the Physical Therapist to support mobility and quality of life for residents.

Ideal candidates have a Texas PTA license, strong communication, and teamwork skills, with SNF or long-term care experience preferred. Net Health is a preferred documentation system.

• Active and valid Texas Physical Therapy Assistant license.
