Job summary

Emerald Nursing and Rehab Columbus is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. The PTA will work closely with physical therapists and nursing staff to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services, improving residents' mobility and independence.

This role offers full-time and part-time options with scheduling flexibility and opportunities to work on an as-needed basis in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program is required.
• Current Nebraska PTA licensure/certification is required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in implementing and modifying treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy.
• Collect and document patient data, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.
