Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in implementing and modifying treatment plans based on patients’ needs and progress.
• Collect and document patient data, including progress notes and treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about exercises, equipment, and home programs.
• Set up and maintain therapeutic equipment and assist patients with devices and aids.
• Collaborate with a care team to develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment in line with policies.
