Job summary

Amarilloskilledcenter is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team on a PRN basis. You will deliver person-centered PT services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, aiming to improve residents' mobility and quality of life.

The role requires an active Texas PTA license, good standing with regulatory boards, and familiarity with current PT practices. SNF or long-term care experience is preferred, with Net Health documentation experience a

Qualifications

• Active and valid Texas PTA license in good standing.
• Experience in SNF or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy treatment practices.
• Familiarity with Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed PT treatments to relieve pain and improve function.
• Provide skilled PT services under supervision of a PT.
• Document progress and modify plans of care as directed by PT.
