Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services, through Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver functional rehab in home and community settings in Florence, SC. You will evaluate, plan, implement and reassess care across real-life environments outside traditional clinics.

The role emphasizes autonomous practice within a collaborative therapy team, with an emphasis on safety, family involvement, and outcome-driven care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the practicing state.
• CPR certification current.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as an OT.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological conditions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness; attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, client and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
