Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Florence, SC, seeks an experienced Physical Therapist to provide functional rehabilitation in home and community settings. You will evaluate, plan, and adapt treatment for real-life activities, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence.

You will lead evaluations, adjust plans as needed, and help clients regain skills for daily living. The position offers flexible scheduling and hourly pay with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• BLS or CPR certification per state regulations.
• At least 1 year PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of neurological rehab techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
