Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Contingent Paid Mileage

National Church Residences Home Health division located in Southern Ohio is a Home Health & Hospice agency with a team of health care professionals that is unmatched in the area! Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy from an approved curriculum
• Experience: Two to four years experience preferred
