National Church Residences Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist and a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide skilled services across multiple central Ohio counties on a PRN basis, with mileage reimbursement. The team focuses on senior care in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Education: Associate Degree in Physical Therapy required; 2–4 years' experience preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, tuition assistance, and PTO.

Qualifications
