Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health team serving Ross, Fayette, Highland and Pickaway counties in Southern Ohio.

This PRN/contingent position supports seniors in their homes, collaborates with our therapists, and focuses on restoring mobility and independence. An Associate Degree is required, with 2–4 years' experience preferred, and licensure as a PTA where applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy from an approved curriculum.
• Two to four years' experience preferred.
• Current PTA license where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services to home health patients under supervision.
• Collaborate with PTs and RNs to plan and progress therapy.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in charts.
