National Church Residences Home Health division in Southern Ohio is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a contingent position to support seniors with quality home health care.

Qualified candidates will have an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy and 2–4 years of experience preferred. The role offers a comprehensive reward package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, PTO, holidays and tuition reimbursement.
