National Church Residences Home Health division in Southern Ohio seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a contingent, mileage-based position. The role supports seniors at home within a nonprofit provider of affordable housing and care services.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy and typically 2–4 years of experience; state licensure where required. Offered benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, PTO, and additional services.

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Contingent Paid Mileage

National Church Residences Home Health division located in Southern Ohio is a Home Health & Hospice agency with a team of health care professionals that is unmatched in the area! Qualifications
