• Demonstrates knowledge and experience in phlebotomy or related laboratory function.

• Demonstrated customer service skills to interface effectively with physicians, patients, visitors, and other healthcare employees.

Responsibilities

• Verifies patient identification and collects specimens.
• Performs venipuncture and collects specimens from various age groups.
• Ensures proper labeling and handling of specimens and resolves identification issues.
• Performs limited testing under CLIA guidelines.
• Screens calls and supports billing and other business functions.
