Qualifications

• Previous related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Verify patient information and ensure forms are completed and signed.
• Schedule, cancel, and adjust patient appointments as needed.
• Make appointment reminder calls and answer/navigation of calls.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances and balance daily payments.
• Enter patient demographic and insurance information into EMR accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area.
• Serve as liaison between patient and medical staff and assist with referrals.
