Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients in a courteous manner and verify information.
• Enter/update patient demographics and insurance details in EMR.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments; send reminders.
• Answer phones, triage messages, and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Collect copays and outstanding balances; balance cash drawer.
• Prepare and balance daily batch of payments.
• Serve as liaison between patient and medical staff; assist with referrals.
• Maintain clean, organized front desk and waiting area.
