Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a PRN on-call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team serving patients in their homes across Georgia. You will provide skilled nursing care, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and collaborate with families to ensure comfort and high-quality care.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, CPR certification, and have experience in hospice or home health settings; strong computer and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN license and valid driver's license.
• Two years RN experience in a clinical care setting; hospice/home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient computer skills; MS Office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to support patient and family.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care for clients in their place of residence.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and referring agency.
