Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a PRN On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team serving Gwinnett, Forsyth, and DeKalb counties. The nurse will provide skilled care in patients' homes and collaborate with the care team.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license in Georgia, a nursing degree, CPR certification, and at least two years’ RN experience; MS Office familiarity is a plus. This role offers flexible PRN scheduling.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current Georgia RN license and driver’s license.
• Two years’ RN experience; hospice/home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient with computer; MS Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care in home settings for patients of all ages.
