Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice and our sister companies are growing and seek a PRN On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team serving patients in the Athens area. Primary duties include administering skilled nursing care in the home and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications: accredited ADN/BSN, Georgia RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years’ RN experience in a clinical setting; hospice or home health preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state license as an RN in Georgia.
• Two years’ RN experience in a clinical care setting; hospice or home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient computer skills; MS Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care for clients in their homes.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and families.
• Engage in care planning and coordination of services.
