Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a compassionate RN for PRN On-Call coverage in Georgia. You will administer skilled nursing care in patients' homes, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and support families during the care process.

This role requires an RN license, CPR certification, and strong communication skills, with weekend availability. Candidate should have a nursing degree from an accredited program and experience in hospice or home health.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state license as an RN and current state driver’s license.
• Two years’ RN experience in clinical care; hospice or home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to support patient and family.
• Demonstrate nursing practice skills and coping with family emotional stress.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care in clients' residences.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient, family, and referring agency.
• Assist with care planning and coordination of services.
