Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a compassionate PRN On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our West Valley team. You will administer skilled nursing care in patients' homes, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, and support families and referring agencies.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of RN experience (hospice/home health preferred).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license in state and valid driver's license.
• Two years' RN experience; hospice/home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient with computers; MS Office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to support patient and family.
• Ability to cope with family emotional stress.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care for clients in their place of residence.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
