Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice, together with Sage Hospice and Primary and Palliative Care, is seeking a passionate PRN On-Call Registered Nurse to join our hospice team in the East Valley. You will provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to support families.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of clinical RN experience; hospice or home health is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN license and valid driver's license.
• Minimum two years RN experience in a clinical setting; hospice/home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient with computers; MS Office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to support patients and families.
• Ability to cope with family emotional stress and diverse lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care for patients in their homes.
