Qualifications

• Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state; active license.
• CPR certification upon hire; must stay current.
• One year of experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct OT rehab services per physician referral.
• Participate in community health matters as appropriate.
• Liaise with patients, families, and staff to plan for needs.
• Oversee safety, documentation, and compliance with policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships.
