Western Hills Health Care Center, part of Life Care Centers of America, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide direct rehab care at our Lakewood, Colorado location. The role involves following physician-referred OT plans and delivering patient-centered therapy.

Requirements include NBCOT certification, BSOT/MSOT, and active state licensure; CPR is required at hire and maintained throughout employment.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire and active licensure in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program (BSOT or MSOT).
• CPR certification upon hire and continuing current.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Follow occupational treatment plans for patients (e.g., activities of daily living).
• Establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable goals.
• Oversee and evaluate care given by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Utilize therapy software and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
