Job summary

• Must hold Texas license/certification for appropriate discipline: OTR.

• Meet physical requirements to deliver responsibilities.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Successful completion of hiring process / background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy services per physician orders and accepted professional practices.
• Develops an overall therapy plan of care with treatment, goals and frequency.
• Performs skilled treatments according to the plan of care.
• Documents observations, patient response to interventions and progress.
• Completes all documentation timely and per state/federal policies.
• Completes billing for services on the date of provision of skilled services.
• Maintains rehab gym equipment and treatment area in a safe manner.
