Job summary

HealthMark Rehabilitation in Houston, Texas is seeking PRN Occupational Therapists (OTR) to treat residents and short-term patients at Park Manor of CyFair.

You will provide therapy per physician orders, develop plans of care, document progress, and participate in a team-driven interdisciplinary approach. The role requires a Texas OT license and effective communication with staff and patients.

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas license/certification for OTR.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy services per physician orders and accepted professional practices.
• Develops and follows a plan of care with measurable short/long-term goals supporting discharge planning.
• Performs skilled treatments according to the plan of care.
• Documents observations, patient responses, progress, and changes within set timeframes.
• Completes all required documentation timely and per state/federal regulations.
• Handles billing on the date of provided services in line with regulations.
• Maintains rehab gym equipment and treatment area with infection prevention practices.
