Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy services in accordance with physician’s orders and accepted professional practices.
• Develops and executes an overall plan of care with treatment frequency and goals.
• Performs skilled treatments per plan of care and documents progress.
• Documents observations and responses to interventions within required timeframes.
• Completes billing and adheres to state/federal regulations and policies.
• Maintains rehab gym equipment and treatment area with infection prevention practices.
