Continuum Rehab Group in Texas is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our clinical team and deliver skilled therapy to patients in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

The role requires licensure as an Occupational Therapist; B.S./M.A./M.S. in OT recognized by the AOTA and NBCOT eligibility where applicable. This open position welcomes therapists at all experience levels and offers opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist as required by state licensure.
• Graduate in OT with a degree recognized by the AOTA.
• NBCOT certification considered (if state mandated).

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients and families related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with licensure requirements.

Experience/Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist.

Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.

Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated)

This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Some duties for this position include:

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
