Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities in Albuquerque, NM. The role focuses on delivering high-quality rehabilitation to residents and advancing clinical excellence within a supportive, family-like culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program recognized by AOTA.
• NBCOT designation (OTR) if state requires.

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based interventions to support patient recovery.
• Deliver rehabilitative and skilled therapy services per clinical guidelines.
• Provide consultation and education to patients and families.
• Supervise OT aides, students, and support staff as allowed by licensure.

Experience/Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.
• Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated).
• This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Some Duties For This Position Include

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
